Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. Rococo Australia is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information or if delivery is refused or unclaimed.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include a clear unboxing video and photos. For missing parcels, please allow up to 7 business days after the expected delivery date before reaching out.
