Return & Exchange Policy

At Rococo Australia, we take great pride in the quality and care of our products. Due to the nature of our perfume items and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless one of the following conditions applies:

โœ… Accepted Reasons for Return or Exchange:

  1. Damaged Items Upon Delivery:
    If your item arrives damaged, you must provide a clear unboxing video from the moment the package is opened. This video is mandatory as proof and must show the packaging and the damage clearly.

  2. Wrong Item Sent:
    If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.


โŒ Returns Will Not Be Accepted For:

  • Change of mind

  • Fragrance preference

  • Opened or used products

  • Orders without valid proof of damage (no video)

  • Claims made after 48 hours of delivery

Please contact our support team at rococoaustralia@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your full name and order number

  • A clear video of the unboxing if item is damaged

  • Photos (if relevant)

  • Description of the issue

We aim to review all claims within 2โ€“4 business days.


โ„น๏ธ Additional Information:

  • Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging (if requested by us for inspection).

  • Refunds or replacements will only be issued once your claim is verified.
